Our planning studio will be working with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and St. Louis officials over the next year to make recommendations on how to enhance the operations of the Land Reutilization Authority (LRA) in St. Louis. Founded in 1971, the LRA is the oldest land bank in the country and holds approximately 12,000 vacant properties within St. Louis.
