Sugar Land Town Square, one of Texas’ most celebrated, award-winning mixed-use developments, provides visitors, workers and community residents with a pedestrian-friendly, premier retail, dining and year-round entertainment destination.
On-street parking, shaded sidewalks, way-finding signage, cobblestone walkways and the cascading landmark fountain contribute to the feel of the space, which has promoted economic development within the Town Square and surrounding areas.
Keiji Asakura led the landscape, irrigation, fountain and hardscape design, construction documentation and assisted with the master planning for the Sugar Land Town Square development. Patrick Chang provided construction drawings and observation services.
