Asakura Robinson Company prepared Master Plan options for this 21.48-acre brownfield development for a non-profit development organization specializing in affordable single family and multi-family housing in the City of Houston. The resulting master plan includes 96 single family lots and 144 units of multi-family housing (Avenue Place).
